The AirExpect Vanity Mirror is an affordable, elegant, and widely popular beauty mirror with a trifold design and a wide range of features. When it comes to tabletop vanity mirrors, this is by far one of my personal favorites, and I still use it to this day.
Right off the bat, you can see from the diamond-pattern just how beautiful this mirror will look on your vanity tabletop, which is what drew my attention initially. If you’re like me and would prefer a single, well-rounded mirror, as opposed to cluttering up your vanity, continue reading to see why this may be the best choice for you!
What I Love About It
The first piece I want to comment on is the 72 LED bulbs with adjustable lighting features. The previous version of this same mirror only came packed with 32 bulbs, making it very dim! This new and improved version is coming at you with more than double the power, doing a great job at lighting your face.
The adjustable lighting with the 3 color modes is absolutely spectacular. Thanks to the touch sensor located on the primary mirror, you’ll not only be able to adjust the brightness but the warmth of the lights as well. This allows you to emulate natural lighting and other types of settings so that you can correct your makeup as needed. Features like this ensure your makeup is ready for any type of setting.
My next favorite feature in the AirExpect Vanity Mirror is the trifold design. I own quite a few magnifying mirrors and my vanity gets pretty cluttered. The trifold design offers you 1x, 2x, and 3x magnification for the ability to see close up on different parts of your face. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you the value in magnification, but I love having it all together in one single mirror!
The 90-degree rotation feature takes it one step further. I used to get so frustrated with my old mirrors trying to see different parts of my face at just the right angle. The AirExpect Vanity Mirror can turn to the side, letting you use the magnified panels to view any part of yourself, which is super beneficial when applying your makeup.
What I Don’t Love About It
As much as I am a big fan of the AirExpect Vanity Mirror, it has a few faults that are worth considering before making your purchase. For a mirror that looks as elegant as this one, while coming in at a really reasonable price point, it’s not surprising to see it has a few issues, and so it’s up to you to decide if these are deal-breakers or not.
The first flaw I found was with the battery life. I pretty much always have my AirExpect Vanity Mirror plugged in for this reason, which is a little annoying. On average, I can get a day or so out of the batteries, so I’m usually flip-flopping between plugged in or unplugged, daily.
The other issue I found is that the lights at their highest setting are a little unimpressive… One of the most important factors in making a good vanity mirror with lights is the quality of the LEDs. While the different coloring modes are really great, this mirror doesn’t do the best in poorly lit areas. This won’t be a deal-breaker for many, but it’s worth considering.
Overall Thoughts On The AirExpect Vanity Mirror
Overall, the AirExpect Vanity Mirror is elegant, compact, has great features, and is really affordable. I’ve been really happy with mine in the past, and I have no regrets when I recommend it to friends. The color settings, trifold design, magnifications, and portability make it such a well-rounded mirror.
It has it’s flaws, no doubt, and for some people, it may not be worth it. Our team wants you to get the best mirror for your money.
